Bill Brady: Tax cuts will increase Illinois deficit

Brady: Tax cuts will increase Ill. deficit

SPRINGFIELD -- Republican Bill Brady says his plans for cutting taxes would increase the Illinois deficit by up to $1 billion, at least in the short term.
